We will gladly assist with your event by setting up your rented items, including tables and chairs. All tenting, dance floors and staging are quoted with installation and setup included.

Setup prices reflected below are per item and do not include delivery and tax.

Standard breakdown fees shall be charged for Failure to Properly Prepare Rental Items for Staff Retrieval (that is to restore all rentals to their “as delivered” condition).

Delivery is to the door only and does not include setup. Additional charges apply for stairs, steep embankments, distances of more than 50 feet (from the door to the event location) and other hazardous/difficult delivery situations.

Standard Delivery (and pick up)
Customers may specify an AM or a PM delivery / pick up during EMS work hours, 9:30 to 12:00 (AM) or 1:00 – 4:30 (PM), Monday through Friday and between 9:30 and 12:00 on Saturday.

Time-Specific Delivery (and pickup)
Time specific deliveries/pick ups are made within a 1-hour window (not more than 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after the scheduled hour). Time Specific charges apply.

Required After Hours and Sunday delivery and or pickups and services provided on Company Holidays are subject to an additional surcharge. Wait time, if required of EMS Delivery or Pick Up Staff, will be charged at $35 per staff member per hour (with a 30 minute minimum per event).
